Terms & Conditions

Effective September 15, 2026 · Seller: PrepPulse

1. Your agreement with PrepPulse

These terms form an agreement between you and PrepPulse, the seller and provider of this exam-preparation service. By accessing or continuing to use PrepPulse, you agree to these terms. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and, if acting for an organisation, have authority to bind it.

2. The service and your account

PrepPulse provides question banks, practice tests, explanations, study materials, progress tracking, and AI-assisted feedback where available. Access depends on your selected plan. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for your own study use. Provide accurate account information, keep it updated, protect your credentials, and remain responsible for activity under your account.

PrepPulse is an independent educational resource, not an examination authority. Content and feedback are not legal or other regulated professional advice. We do not guarantee exam results, admission, licensing, or a particular score.

3. Acceptable use

You must not use the service unlawfully, commit fraud, send spam, infringe intellectual property, distribute malware, probe or interfere with security, scrape the service, bypass access controls or plan limits, or resell or redistribute our materials. Do not reverse engineer the service except where applicable law permits it.

Do not use AI features to generate illegal content, deceptive deepfakes, hate speech, harassment, malware, or material violating another person's rights. Attempts to jailbreak models or evade safety measures are prohibited.

4. Intellectual property and AI content

PrepPulse and its licensors retain ownership of the service, software, documentation, question bank, study materials, and branding. You retain any rights you hold in submitted prompts, essays, and other input, and must have permission to submit them. You grant PrepPulse permission to host and process that content solely to provide, secure, and support the service.

To the extent permitted by law and third-party rights, you may use AI feedback generated for you for your own study. We do not claim ownership of your original inputs or guarantee that AI outputs are unique, copyrightable, accurate, or free from third-party rights. You are responsible for your prompts, verifying outputs, and how you use them; regulated professional decisions require qualified human oversight.

Rights holders may report alleged infringement to PrepPulse, identifying the protected work, the disputed material and its location, their contact details, and their authority to act. We may remove or restrict content, refuse or filter outputs, and suspend accounts for serious or repeated infringement or misuse.

5. Payments, subscriptions and Paddle

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, applicable taxes, subscription cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle’s Buyer Terms. The selected plan and checkout show the applicable Canadian-dollar price, billing frequency, and access scope. Monthly subscriptions renew until cancelled; a single mock exam is a one-time purchase. Cancelling stops future renewals and does not itself request a refund. Manage purchases or request billing assistance at paddle.net.

See our Refund Policy for our 30-day money-back guarantee. Any future price change will be communicated before it applies in accordance with applicable law and Paddle’s terms.

6. Availability and responsibility

We aim to keep the service useful and available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Content can contain errors or become outdated. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risks, or repeated or serious policy violations. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue. When access ends, your licence to use paid materials ends; personal data is handled under our Privacy Notice. Termination does not remove statutory refund or privacy rights.

8. Changes

We may update these terms as the service or legal requirements change. Material changes will be notified through the service or your account email before taking effect where required. The effective date appears above.
