30-day money-back guarantee
PrepPulse offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on paid plans and single mock-exam purchases. If you are not satisfied or change your mind, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the order date. For subscription charges, this period runs from the date of the charge you want refunded, including renewals.
How to request a refund
Visit paddle.net to request a refund from Paddle, our reseller and Merchant of Record. Provide the email used at checkout and your order or transaction reference so Paddle can locate the purchase. Paddle handles refund processing and payment-related customer service.
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where possible. Processing time depends on the payment method and financial institution; Paddle will provide information about your request.
Subscriptions and cancellation
You can cancel future subscription renewals through the management link in your Paddle receipt or at paddle.net. Cancellation and refund requests are separate: if you also want a refund, request it within the 30-day period. Refunding a purchase may end the paid access associated with it.
Your rights
This guarantee does not limit any mandatory consumer rights, remedies for faulty services, or rights under Paddle’s Refund Policy and Buyer Terms. Where applicable law gives you greater protection, that protection applies.
